Eat flax seeds for asthma

Flax seeds – these are rich in Omega-3s, which research has found to be beneficial to asthma.

They also contain magnesium which relaxes  muscles surrounding  bronchi and airways, keeping them open.

These fatty acids are found in seafood and flaxseeds.

They work by reducing inflammatory responses, thereby preventing  blockages in  air passages.

You can get Omega-3 fats by consuming flaxseeds (alsi) – about 2 powdered tablespoons daily or chia seeds.
