Papules.

Acne papules are small, inflamed bumps
caused by
  1. excess oil in your skin,
  2. bacteria,
  3. hormones,
  4. some medications.
They don’t have a pus-filled tip like other forms of acne.
Treatments include over-the-counter and prescription medications.
 
Causes of Papules

Papules are a type of acne, a skin condition that affects people of all ages. Most papules develop in response to hormonal changes that increase level of androgens in  body usually during puberty or menstruation.
