Breastfeeding milk as antibodies

Breast milk is  rich source of antibodies for the infant.
Milk produced by infected mothers is a source of
  1. Anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgA and IgG
  2. Neutralizes SARS-CoV-2 activity .
This “inherited” protection will deteriorate over  first six months of life .
Maternal IgA consumed from  breastfeeding infant can help protect an infant through this transition as they build their own immune defenses.
