  4. Respiratory infections,
  5. Sudden infant death syndrome,
  6. And gastrointestinal infections such as diarrhea.
  • Breastfeeding also lowers  mother’s risk of
  1. high blood pressure,
  2. type 2 diabetes,
  3. breast and ovarian cancers.
