How Abnormal curvature of spine and Osteoporosis cause Back pain?

Back pain can happen when mechanical or structural problems develop in the spine, discs, muscles, ligaments, or tendons in the back, or compress a nerve. Sprain: an injury to the ligaments that support thes pine (which connect the different bones together), often occurring from twisting or lifting improperly.

Curvature of the spine:

  •  It can stretch or irritate nerves.
  • It can also strain joints, causing them to become inflamed.
  • Scoliosis also affects your posture, which leads to muscles tightening or becoming tired, causing pain.
  • In children, the spinal curve can increase without treatment.
Osteoporosis:
  • It can lead to back pain due to bones in vertebra weakening and compressing,
  • leading to  variety of possible symptoms and pain.
  • Osteoporosis is more common as we age; it is closely linked to changes in hormone levels,
  • which can be after menopause in women, or caused by low testosterone in men.
