Menstrual headache

Menstrual-related headaches (MRH) are a common class of headaches that occur in women related to  decline in estrogen during  menstrual cycle.

Menstrual-related headaches are related to several important factors, mainly estrogen, which has actions involved in  serotonergic and glutamatergic systems of the CNS.

SYMPTOMS

The main symptoms of  hormonal headache is

1. a headache or a migraine.
2. You will feel a throbbing pain that starts on one side of the head.
3. You may also experience sensitivity to light and nausea or vomiting.
