Prevent Morning sickness by keeping Physically and Mentally active.

Even walking just 20 minutes a day can help release endorphins that counteract fatigue and nausea. Try planning a walk for  times of day when you feel most sick.

Exercise releases counteractive hormones. This is why some pregnant women experience relief from morning sickness with

  • light activity or exercise, such as walking, yoga, low-impact aerobics, Pilates, or swimming.

Being physically active has been found to improve symptoms in women who experience nausea during pregnancy.

Keeping busy can help take your mind off the feelings of nausea.

  • Reading a book, doing puzzles, watching television, playing cards, or going for short walks around  block will help to keep you preoccupied.
