Ragi or finger millet is one of richest sources of calcium.

  1. Just 100 grams of ragi contains around 345 mg of calcium. Make sure you consume ragi in some form at least 4 times a week.
  2. You can add ragi flour to your diet in form of chapati, cheela, pancakes, laddoos, malt.
  3. 100gms of Ragi is enough for fulfilling 49% of our body’s daily calcium needs. Along with calcium, Ragi also contains phosphorus, which works with calcium to strengthen bones and teeth
