Scalp massage

According to research, scalp massage increases hair thickness by stretching  cells of hair follicles. This, in turn, stimulates follicles to produce thicker hair. It’s also thought that scalp massage may help dilate blood vessels beneath  skin, thereby encouraging hair growth.

Make sure you do it gently and not rub vigorously. This can cause hair to break. In case you have used oil while massaging  scalp, make sure you rinse it off within an hour.

A head massage may help relieve stress and reduce tension. It may also ease migraine or headache pain, lower blood pressure, improve circulation to your head and neck, and promote hair growth.

Before using essential oils, make sure they’re diluted, and do a patch test before using on a large area of skin.
