Use good posture & short break to prevent neck pain.

Sitting posture: 

When working at  computer or at  desk, keep your head balanced directly over  spine as much as possible.

  1. That means setting your chair height so both your feet can rest on the ground,
  2. Sitting with your buttocks far back in your chair,
  3. Using a small pillow to support your lower back if needed.

Short break

Taking a short break each hour to either walk around or stand up is  good goal for reducing stress on  spine from sitting.

Some apps for phones and computers can set automatic reminders about using good posture, taking breaks, and/or doing gentle neck stretches at  desk throughout  day.
