Uses of mild shampoo

Mild shampoos provide cleansing without damage or irritation and offer extra conditioning to  hair, unlike normal or clarifying shampoos.

If  hair is oily or dirty, you should still use  stronger, clarifying shampoo, but you should use it just once a week. On other days, you can use mild shampoo.

Using  wrong shampoo is more common than you think, and while it may sound like no biggie, it could give rise to a plethora of hair problems, from dryness and frizziness to greasiness and even hair fall.
